Aldridge joins the London team in mid-September and will be responsible for growing business with UK intermediaries and leading the UK retail sales and client service team.
Previously he worked as head of UK retail distribution at Gartmore Investment Management and also held roles at Cofunds, Threadneedle Investments and Rothschild Asset Management.
